Time For Tea....

 Good Afternoon,

Time for tea....I have designed a card so you can invite someone, a friend or relative for a cup of tea and a chat.

Close up:-

I used a tall slim Kraft coloured card 19.5cm x 10.5cm.

Cut a piece of patterned paper slightly smaller than the main card so as to leave a smaller border edge. Attach to the card. I used Stamperia Herbarium papers as it had a Tea theme. Make a small pocket in matching papers 9cm x 8cm, finished and add to the bottom of the card. Remember to leave the top open to put the teabag in. Add a border strip 10.5cm x 1.5cm in the Kraft card to cover the bottom of the pocket. Add a border strip in matching papers on top of the Kraft card. Die cut another Zig Zag border strip and attach to the top of the card. Tie a piece of button thread twice round the length of the card and finish with a bow. Add the greetings and the teabag.

Poppies- A Get Well Card....

 Good Evening

I have made a small card with a Get Well wish. I have stamped Poppies as this is the flower for August.

Close Up..

I have used a 5"x 5" (12.5cm x 12.5cm) White Scalloped Card.

Cut a piece of patterned card 12cm x 12cm for the background of the card.  Use a 'Corner Rounder' on all four corners. Attach to the card. Stamp the poppies on white card using a black ink pad and clear emboss. Die-cut the stamped image to a 9cm circle. Colour the poppies with Promarkers and add to the centre of the card. Die-cut a 9.5cm Scalloped circle and then again a 9cm plain circle, to form a frame in the patterned card. Punch out the grass effect in the patterned card and add to the bottom of the poppies on foam. Add the frame using foam too, making sure you cannot see the grass over the frame. Add the greeting.
