Three Men and a lady....

Afternoon ladies

Back again with a new set of cards, this time male cards are included.
Three male cards and one card for the ladies.
Themed around Denim and Cork which I have tried to use on the cards.I have a brand new 6"x 6" paper pack  from Studiolight. Denim papers and hessian papers amongst the pack, browns, blues and beige shades.

                                        Kraft card and hessian ribbon.

First sample of the men's cards:-

Using Denim material for the background.

Second sample has the Cork as a base.

I have used the same stamp, which I purchased from Woodware,  and I noticed it was cheaper than when I originally bought it. It is a great stamp for male cards as it is a general theme, if you are wanting to make cards for men without having to use a sport connection. You could make it quite a smart card too!

Four cards  - £16:00 the class

Sat. May 7th and
Sat. May 14th

Let me know if you would like to come along.
Take care for now and thank you for popping by.

Card of the Month..... April Showers.....

Hi Everybody,

April is here and so is my card of the month, very appropriately called too with the rain falling, April Showers...

I have used a 8"x6" base card -white.
MME paper- Kate & Co. "Cambridge Court",both sides.
1 x Molly Bloom stamp, Girl in Raincoat.
1 x Molly Bloom stamp, "April Showers".
1 x Versafine black inkpad.
1 x clear embossing powder.
Liquid pearls.
Black liner pen.

I have paper pieced the raincoat the hat and the umberella, and coloured in the wellies, skin, hair and puddles using Promarkers. \A little stitching frames the picture and Liquid Pearls fills in the spaces.

Close up on the pleated decoration at the bottom of the card...

Hope you like this one!!!
I have the papers and I have stamped out the little girl and the April showers if you want to make the card yourself.
Happy crafting and see you soon.
Thank you for popping by...
