Second of the Christmas Cards Already!

Good Afternoon Ladies,

Can't believe we are on the second of the Christmas card classes already, and I haven't started on my own Christmas things yet!!!

As I always say" I must not be working fast enough", or possibly as Leanne would say, I am doing a lot of that dangerous pastime........."THINKING" and staring into space!!!!!

Anyway here we go with the next Christmas cards:-

Theme, "Christmas Trees".

Dark green and cream with gold brads and glitter.
Again I have used the new Graphic 45,  6"x6" paper pads, but, using the cream and greens this time.
New 12"x12" Holly paper too!

A little bit of Stickles in Gold and a new Pine colour.

New stamp from Woodware on the first sample.

Lindsay Mason stamp used on this second of the samples, with Kraft card and white embossing powder.

A little bit of paper piecing on the third sample.
There are Four cards in all on this afternoon class.

Sat. Nov. 21st
Sat. Nov. 28th - Full
£16.00

Finally the Cheeky Chappie that pinched my chair when I wasn't looking........

And the hideaway when the fireworks start...........

Sadly he has been there most nights!!!!

Thank you for popping by.
Take care.

October.....

Hi Ladies

Just thought I would post the October Autumn cards that I have made.
Get them in just before I post my Christmas class sneak peeks.....

We used some of these Graphic 45 papers on the Autumn class, this one I made is ideal for Halloween!!!

A few ladies bought the Woodware leaf stamp which is great for Autumn and Winter cards. We used the script on our class cards.

The lovely House Mouse used on this Autumn card.. a very blustery day...just like today!

Lastly I thought you might like Cheeky Charlie, he found Leanne's quilt in a bundle when she was changing her bed!!!! Comforts everything...

See you back soon with my second Christmas samples.
Bye for now.

So Sad.......

Morning ladies

I have some very sad news that my friend Pam passed away in the early hours of this morning.

As most of you will know, Pam was one of the ladies that came along to the card classes. A very chatty lovely outgoing lady who very often made us laugh with the line "mine's not straight" .

I have known Pam for seven years when she first came into the shop. I think it started Pam paper crafting when she made her daughter's wedding invitations, a very talented lady who was very good with a pair of knitting needles too!

I have had many a laugh with her, especially when she was asked to make a good friend's wedding invitations and was getting behind and asked for my help. We spent hours punching cutting and sticking things together and trying to get them all straight!!!

Pam made some beautiful cards, a couple of examples she sent to me:-

I will miss Pam dearly, it was a great pleasure to spend time with her.
God bless, Jennifer x
