In the Garden.........

Good Afternoon ladies

Here I am again with another set of cards for July, where has the time gone? At least the weather has been kind to us up to now, apart from a few days of rain which I think the gardens were in need of...
It helps to be able to get on with the cards while it rains and then out in the garden when the sun comes out.
My theme this time is 'In the Garden', with some brightly coloured papers from Graphic 45's World's Fair Collection. Turquoise and orange in the patterned papers with pale green and blue in the coordinating plain papers, appropriately called' Bluebell'.

Lili of the valley stamp:- Glamorous Gardening
Little Claire stamp:- Wavy Hedgehogs

A little bit of sewing on the edge of this card....

                                                           Lots of colouring too.

Second sample using the Wavy Hedgehogs........

                                                              A sneak peek as usual.

The July classes will be held on:-

Sat. 9th   July
Sat. 16th July
Four cards
£16:00 for the class.

Let me know if you would like to come along.
I will be back soon with another sneak peek.
Thank you for popping by.

Charlie at the end as usual.......

I was wondering if anybody can get themselves into a U shape like Charlie, and get themselves out again!!!!!! SAFELY.
Take care all. Jennifer x

Card of the Month.....Relax and enjoy your day......

Afternoon ladies

June has arrived and with it another card of the month.......

I have made this card with men in mind, as it is Father's Day this month. I have used another stamp from LOTV, "Lazy Afternoon".  It is a great stamp for a Birthday, or good for a Retirement card too.

All products used:-

1 x 7" square card
1 x Kaisercard, Sunshine
1 x A4 Newspaper print
Die cut tags
LOTV stamp, Lazy Afternoon
Versafine ink (Smokey Grey)
Clear embossing powder
Corner inverted punch
Corner Die, photo edge
Martha Stewart zigzag punch
Embossing folder (Herringbone)
Brown sewing silk
Cotton ribbon
Polka dot ribbon
Twine
Brown brads
Momento pen,(Rich Cocoa)
Promarker pens for colouring

I have the Kaisercard and the Newsprint for sale, ribbon etc.
Hope this card gives you some inspiration, men's cards can be a bit tricky.

Posted a few pics of charlie up to mischief again.................

I was just sorting my soup out for my dinner, crossword at the ready, when he was up on the table in a flash....munching my crisps!!!!!

You can't be cross with them for long though..... He has found a comfy spot lead on my leg while I was watching tv, trouble is my legs started aching !!!!!

He seems much better, but he is still on tablets from the vets....
See you all soon.
Take care
